With degrees from Harvard, Oxford, and Cornell, Chris, who is originally from New York, is a qualified attorney (Harvard Law, JD) and an academic, specialized in Political Science. He began his legal career in service of the many thousands of migrants who toil the fields of the “Deep South.” After leading constitutional litigation in New York City, he left for England on a scholarship to Oxford University. Following a Master’s in Political Philosophy at Oxford under the tutelage of Gerald Cohen and other philosophers, Chris worked as legal counsel to Amnesty International, Interights and the International Criminal Court. Since he has lectured in law and philosophy at Sciences Po Paris. His interests are in constitutional and international law, in legal, political and moral philosophy, and in Anglo-American literature. He resides in Paris with his lovely wife and children.
