An Oxford graduate, Nora's experience includes the institutionalization of governmental structures. She has done teaching and research in Economic and Social Policy at Oxford, the United Nations University and the Australian National University and has worked for international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund and the World Health Organization. She has provided support and consulted governments in Europe, Australia, North America and Africa. Her interests are in applied social policy, equity and financial protection and the crisis of liberalism. She resides in Barcelona with her family and speaks English, Spanish, Russian, Bulgarian and Catalan.
